I recall a transaction that was especially rewarding. We helped a family sell their home at top price. We did this though while having got an offer accepted on a short sale on a luxury property. In order to line up the timelines though was very tough. The clients were patient and we successfully sold their home with enough time to line up the moves. Successfully negotiated the short sale for their new long term family home.
I begin real estate in the Property Management sector and working with corporate clients. Drawing in my background in Finance and Economics, I found a passion for the housing market and industry. I love helping promote home ownership, restore and rebuild communities, and strengthen the dream of home ownership.
