About Chris Parsons

I am the owner of Christopher Parsons PA, a Veteran Owned Business and operate as an Independent Contractor as a REALTOR with Florida East Coast Real Estate in Merritt Island, Florida. I have been a resident of Brevard County since 1984. I joined the US Air Force at the age of 19 and for 15 years, I traveled the world serving my country. I am a veteran of four foreign conflicts having been deployed to Hungary, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. In 2007, I returned home to Brevard County and continued my military service as a reservist at Patrick AFB, while becoming a Brevard County Deputy Sheriff. I retired from the Air Force in early 2014. Soon after I decided to use my unique combination of knowledge, skills and experience and became a Real Estate Consultant (REALTOR). I have dedicated myself to learning all VA and local hero programs. I have earned the NAR's Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), and Certified Military Relocator (CMR) designations. I am dedicated to serving my fellow service members and local heroes (and their families) with their relocation, finance and purchase of their dream home.

Community Involvement

I am a greeter at our Church, Past Treasurer of Florida Assoc of Veteran owned Business (FAVOB), past Treasurer of the Rockledge High School Band Parents Assoc.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

I like to spend time family, take my dogs for a walk, fishing and shooting guns.

Three Children, oldest son is an Engineer, Middle daughter is a Firefighter and youngest son is soon to be a licensed electrician.

Chris helped us when we bought our investment property. After a lengthy rehab, we called him and he said he would be happy to be our selling realtor. Happily we were able to secure a buyer and sell the home in a reasonable amount of time. Chris was always there for us to answer any questions and offer his advice to make the selling easier. He even became the contact between the buyers realtor and the buyer to assist in the selling of the furniture. Chris was always available for us and was excellent communicating to us any and all information that we needed to know. He always returned calls and texts in a timely fashion. Chris was always courteous and stayed on top of all communications very promptly. My purchase was a difficult one with numerous bumps in the road, mainly from the Seller, sellers agent, and financing. Chris kept his cool, never became blaming or overly demanding during difficulties. Chris is a great agent who could become even better, with an increased network and vetting of His referral resources such as financing & inspection persons. I got the home I sought, in the end.
