The most important advice I give buyers is to start with clarity and preparation. That means understanding not only your budget, but your lifestyle priorities—location, commute, long-term plans, and how long you expect to stay in the home. In a market like Las Vegas, where neighborhoods can vary significantly from block to block, having clear goals allows us to move decisively when the right opportunity comes along.
I also encourage buyers to get fully pre-approved early and to think beyond just the purchase price. Taxes, HOA fees, insurance, and long-term resale value all matter. My role is to help you see the full picture, avoid emotional decisions, and negotiate strategically so you’re protected throughout the process—not just excited at the finish line.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
My biggest advice to sellers is to price strategically and prepare thoughtfully. The right price isn’t about chasing the highest number—it’s about positioning your home to attract strong interest, create competition, and ultimately maximize your net return.
Preparation matters just as much as pricing. Small improvements, professional presentation, and strong marketing can dramatically impact how buyers perceive your home. I guide sellers through what’s truly worth doing (and what isn’t), so you’re not overspending or leaving money on the table. Selling a home is both a financial and emotional process, and my job is to make it smooth, transparent, and results-driven from start to finish.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, relocation buyers, luxury sellers, and families upsizing or downsizing. Each client comes with unique goals, timelines, and concerns, and I tailor my approach accordingly.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One transaction that stands out involved clients who were relocating to Las Vegas on a tight timeline. Inventory was limited, and competition was strong, so we had to be both strategic and proactive. By narrowing the search early, acting quickly on the right opportunity, and structuring a clean, well-supported offer, we were able to secure the home without overpaying.
What made the experience especially rewarding was seeing the clients feel confident and calm throughout the process—even in a fast-moving situation. That’s always my goal: not just a successful closing, but clients who feel informed, supported, and genuinely happy with the outcome.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
After serving 16 years in the Navy I always wanted to get into the real estate industy.
I got started in real estate because I’ve always been drawn to helping people make informed, meaningful decisions—especially ones that have long-term financial impact. Real estate combines strategy, negotiation, market knowledge, and personal connection, and that balance immediately resonated with me.
Over time, I’ve grown to appreciate how personal this business truly is. Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction—it’s a major life moment. Being trusted to guide people through that process is something I take very seriously.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
