I rarely write reviews, but Chris honestly deserves the recognition. We worked with him to find our house, and I'm really glad we ended up picking him. Hes super knowledgeable, responsive, and stood out because he paid attention to details, asked questions we hadnt thought of, and really made us feel like he had our back. We were definitely aEURoegreedy buyers,aEUR? always hoping for the best deal possible, and he never made us feel bad about it or tried to push us toward something just to increase his commission. When we toured houses, he didnt just unlock the door and let us wander around. He walked through every house with us, pointing out anything that looked off or could turn into issues lateraEUR"things I never wouldve noticed. During inspections, he asked questions I wouldnt have even thought to ask. He was also so easygoing that I felt comfortable asking any question, no matter how small or silly it seemed. We looked at houses nearly every week for about four months, and he never made us feel rushed or like we were dragging things out. And it was always himaEUR"not a big team where you barely see the main agent. He was hands-on through the entire process. We saw his negotiating skills in actionaEUR"he handled discussions on a few houses before we found the right one, and he always worked to get the best deal. Overall, I really appreciated how laid-back, patient, and honest he was, and how much he noticed the little details that mightve slipped past me. That kind of thoroughnessaEUR"especially from a guyaEUR"is not something you see every day! He made the whole process so much easier, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to friends or family. P.S. His business cards are thickaEUR"not the cheap, flimsy kind.
