We chose Chris as our agent because our son, a first time home buyer, had an excellent experience. We had lived in our home for 21 years, and had not bought/sold real estate so we wanted somebody very current and experienced throughout the process. Chris was kind in providing honest inputs on items to be fixed and staged (clear the clutter/rearrange furniture/add rugs/additional cleaning, etc.) to get the best sales results. This is definitely an art form to address with a seller because of attachment & history in the home. He listens and communicates well during the sales price comp review and the overall process. He has very strong negotiation skills during the offer negotiation and addressing the inspection report result demands. He has a very strong network for Photographer, Title company, Mortgage company, repair folks, cleaners, etc. to draw from for quick and excellent service. We both learned some things during this transaction with a buyer that was overseas and some unexpected delays, but he navigated through it to closure. I highly recommend Chris as he provides excellent personal service throughout the entire process.
