Buying our dream home turned out to be a long and complicated journey, and I honestly dont know how we wouldve made it through without Chris. From the beginning, there were issues with land boundary lines that couldve easily derailed the process, but Chris calmly and methodically pulled together the right people - from land surveyors to county officials - to keep things moving. What really stood out was how reliable and level-headed he was, no matter what curveball came our way. Even now, eight months after our initial offer and after moving into the home four months ago, hes still following up to make sure everything is finalised properly - making sure we end up with exactly what we set out to buy. Chris has now helped my family buy, own, and sell a home over the last 6 years and he has made every step of the process nothing short of a breeze. When buying a house, he took us to over 10 properties we had found online. We found no luck with these properties, so Chris took it upon himself to find a home he believed we would like. After walking through we immediately bid and went under contract. He made the entire process so easy and we spent 4 happy years in the home. During our time in the home, Chris was a constant resource, helping us to find roofing contractors and make decisions on remodels that would benefit us come time to sell. He was always willing and happy to take my calls. We decided to sell our home in December 2024 and went back to Chris without hesitation. With our family having relocated out of state, Chris took it upon himself to clean up the property, find contractors for repairs, and organize staging for the home. Due to his efforts we were only on the market a week before finding a buyer. Our home was sold within a month of listing. I cannot recommend Chris enough, he is a wonderful realtor and person.
