ZillowVERIFIEDWe feel that Cheryl did an exceptional job for us and we are very happy with her work and professionalism. We had our property on the market before and never had a viable offer, then we contacted Cheryl to try and move it for us and in a very short time we had an offer and then a contract and a sale. However the buyer's financing company and agent were not good communicators. Everything was communicated at the very last minute and created some unnecessary/difficult hoops and processes, but thanks to Cheryl everything was taken care of to our benefit.

ZillowVERIFIED 1. Cheryl sold my $600,000.00 home within one month in 2015. 2. Cheryl has sold 2 rental properties in 2016 for me very quickly and without any problems, she is a self starter and self motivated to get things done. 3. Cheryl sold my Father's house in 2015 very quickly for more than we expected when he was sick and had to move out of state. 4. Cheryl manages 21 rental units for me and does an outstanding job! I highly recommend her services. She is a hard worker.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl went above and beyond any expectations I had ever thought of having! I had a rough go with a bank dragging out the loan process and they kept making thing more and more difficult for myself during what was already a hard time, Cheryl helped me find a new lender and was in contact with me thru the whole experience and always answered my calls no matter what they were about at any time! She really outdone herself!

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl is a GREAT agent. She was never pushy or aggressive about buying a certain home. She was always flexable and available for my many questions and phone calls.

ZillowVERIFIED Where to start? Cheryl is a very kind and down to earth person who is more interested in finding you a home opposed to selling you a house. That may sound cliche, but once you meet her and start your house hunting journey, you find out how accurately that statement describes Cheryl's overall mindset on finding the perfect home for YOU. This was my wife and I's first home buying experience, so we didn't know what to expect. The service we received from Cheryl was beyond what we had imagined. From taking us to every home that we wanted to see, giving us home improvement advice, helping with the entire loan process and even suggesting a very reputable and personable mortgage officer, these are some of the few 'above and beyond' perks you will receive from Cheryl. To sum everything up, if you are looking to buy a HOME and be satisfied with your purchase, look no further than Cheryl Ruzich of Pisoni Real Estate. Thanks again Cheryl for all that you did for us and continue to do. We will never forget this experience and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Definitely a once in a lifetime experience for me. First time I've bought a house on my own and Cheryl was an answer to prayer. She was very professional, yet I felt she also had my own best interests in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl went above and beyond when selling my home. While I was living in Wisconsin, Cheryl served as not only my real estate agent, she assisted with other items necessary for closing. She coordinated trade contractors to complete the items in need of attention as identified by the building inspector's report, she worked with the existing tenant to resolve the deadline for vacating the premises to allow the new owner to move-in by the date of closing, she coordinated the carpet cleaning, and she assisted with countless other details to ensure that the offer was executed. If you are in need of a real estate agent (buyer or seller), you will be pleased with the service that she provides and won't be sorry that you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Cheryl is wonderful! Her constant contact, tireless searches, and positive outlook make shopping for a home a pleasant experience. Being that the process was completely new to us, my wife and I were impressed with her honesty and willingness to educate us on my buying a home. We could not have done this without her! Check her out! :)

ZillowVERIFIED As far as realtors go, Cheryl is top notch. Her local knowledge is unsurpassed by anyone as well as her eagerness to help you find the right property for your needs. But most importantly, Cheryl is honest and forthright which is rare in real estate these days.

ZillowVERIFIED We have loved our experience with Cheryl and feel like she's practically part of the family. She was patient with us, spent hours with us, never guided or criticized, gave us her valuable opinion when asked, took us to go see some lemons because I insisted on seeing them, presented the offers we wanted to present and overall acted as an advocate 100% in our corner. She was kind with our children and even brought movies and headphones for them to watch in her car; she is friendly and personableaEUR|there isn't much more left to say because she's pretty much the real deal when you need a realtor to work with you until you find the home you want. Also, she's super fast at responding to emails and phone calls. She's all heart and about representing her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was very helpful to me in purchasing a house. She kept me updated appropriately during the negotiation and resolved any concerns I had regarding the property. The transaction was quick due to Cheryl 's followup and communications with the seller and myself.

ZillowVERIFIED We were relocating in a new town and Cheryl knew the neighborhoods very well, and she showed them to us accordingly to what we were looking for. Very easy going and VERY patient. Plus she has helped us in other ways to settle in this new town. We highly recommend her
