William and Brandi were referred to us through the Zillow home loan platform. With William and Brandi by our side they made our first time home buying experience extremely easy, quick, and efficient. The Noble team is very friendly, down to earth and very professional. We purchased our home out of state so the Noble team needed to do the heavy lifting. Once we narrowed down the properties were interested in, they went and did video tours for us. They knew what we wanted to see and then they showed us even more, they definitely made it very easy for us to make a decision. They also picked me up from the airport to help me get to the home inspection. The Noble team is very knowledgeable within the area that we were interested in and in fact, they even own property in the area that we bought in. They were also able to help us with the complexity of purchasing a home on leased land and made that process very easy by gathering the required documentation to allow my underwriter to approve the loan, which was a bit of a process. Overall the experience was pleasant and fast and we closed in 30 days with zero hiccups. This team is very hard working and you can tell they actually care about their clients. I look forward to working with them again. I would refer them to anyone and definitely recommend that you give them the opportunity to work hard for you on your next real estate transaction.
