ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was a great realtor. My wife and I were looking for the right home for 3 years. Cheryl was so patient with us and kept in touch and sent us listings all the time. She found us the perfect place this past May 2019. She was great at negotiating and helping us out. Cheryl even was able to sell our house in an outstanding 3 days! Thank you Cheryl!

ZillowVERIFIED There aren't any better agents than Cheryl! I've sold numerous properties with her and she's the only agent I want to work with. She does what she says and she always delivers. She knows the market and is very knowledgeable in market and understands how to properly value a home. She also understands what repairs and improvements will help bring the most value. I've recommended her to many other people and they have all had great experiences as well. Don't make the mistake of working with the wrong agent to buy or sell your home in Middle Georgia.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl sold my home in Kathleen quickly and for the amount I was asking. When we met, I mentioned I wanted the house sold as quickly as possible -- I had no idea she could sell it in three days! She worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the offers and clearly explained to me how each would come out financially. It's been a long time since I've sold a home - I am glad I found Cheryl and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl from day one took her time to tell the ins and out about making the right financial decisions. I was going to apply for a loan that I found out laterwould have place me in a financial trait. Cheryl advised me that this would be a bad move. She said find another lender that be more economical for me Which I did! Thank God! When I going through the process of obtaining the loan , Cheryl often encourage me to hang in there when things seemed bleak. She helped to file the neccessary paper work that the Lender requested! She often called them to make sure that they were not laggingbehind. Even when the closing date was changed numerious times she stayed course! What more can I say about a great individual as Cheryl! She is caring, compasionate, thoughtful and strong for those who she come incontact with!

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was a great realtor, and very patient with us! We saw many houses, and she was more than willing to do that for us, until we found our home. She was very helpful at pointing out possible damages and future expenses with the houses we looked at, such as the roof, air conditioning unit, and water damage. With this being the first time we were searching for a house, it was nice to have someone to help us become more aware of what to watch out for. I would recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was top notch in every way as a realtor. I felt comfortable with her right away; she explained the home selling process in easy to understand terms and I felt confident about using her as an agent. She used every means of marketing- facebook, zillow, Craigslist, mailers, and more. She had us as the "featured" house on all of these pages. Our home was under contract in a matter of weeks at full asking price. I cannot say enough good things about Cheryl and I will absolutely use her again in the future.
