We worked primarily with Debbie and she helped us negotiate the deal and we beat out another buyer. Unfortunately, 2 weeks before closing, the title search revealed some very negative information. We decided not to go forward and the search was on once again.I decided to continue to work with Debbie because I appreciated her professionalism, straight forwardness as well as knowledge of the entire process. We found a better home this time, but it was a divorce situation. There were challenges due to this along the way, but I'm so glad that we had Debbie to help us through it. We closed on the house and moved in several months later due to renovations being done.Now, we had to sell our other home. I tried to sell it myself for a short while which turned out to be a waste of time. I should have had Debbie and Cheryl list it right away. Shortly after they listed our home, we had a buyer and closed in January 2015. I would highly recommend both Debbie and Cheryl for your real estate needs!
