Cheryl was a great collaborator on the front- end when setting a strategy that met our needs- and after departure to our new location she represented us very step of the way from prep/listing-offer-due diligence-close. I was able to focus on my new role and finding a home at my new location worry-free- she had our house closed for the right price inside of 3 weeks from the listing date (not to mention an offer in a little less than 24 hours after going live.)Cheryl Chester is a confident and knowledgeable professional and an effective communicator. ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Cheryl because I had a home that I wanted sold. Immediately, she got all the necessary paperwork together, came over to look at the house, made pictures and put for sale sign in yard. She told me that she was listing the house on Monday morning. All I had to do was sit back and wait on the phone to ring or a text asking if I was available to talk. We had 6 offers on the house the first day. It was under contract the first day and she said we are closing in 14 days. Everything at closing was exactly like she told me. She even had a nice gift for us as a thank you for letting her list it. Wow,I can't say enough great things about this sweet lady. If you are looking to sale or buy, do yourself a favor and call her first. She will make it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl took our phone call off of a listing on Zillow. We were looking at a major relocation, across country, and having never met, she was more than willing to help us . When we told her that we wanted her to be our eyes from Colorado, since we couldn't look at all of the properties , she took that challenge as well. We were in shock to have someone doing this for us as we had talked with other Realtors who didn't seem to have time. I told Cheryl that I had a critical eye and she took the initiative to view and send up to date photos of properties that we were interested in. When we arrived here in Georgia she helped in our lodging locations , places to eat , and made the transition very welcoming . Even after closing , which went very smoothly ,she has followed up to check in on us. She is a very honest and professional Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Honestly, I could go on and on about the great experience that my fiancA(C) and I had with Cheryl! I'll just keep it short in sweet. From the time we put our house up for sale to the time we had a contract on it was maybe 2 weeks and closed within 2 1/2 months of putting it for sale. She always stayed in contact with us through the whole process, explaining what was going on, what was needed, answering our questions, etc. When I needed her she always made herself available to talk. She also helped explain to me how our loan package would work, and what we could buy and afford using our loan package. Anytime I needed something or needed help Cheryl was only a call away, even at the most inconvenient of times. Even though we worked with a loan company she didn't normally work with, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of with them and with us.
