Greg and Team have restored my faith there are amazing realtors out there! Greg was able to video preview a couple homes before we came down to Arizona to look, we knew immediately Greg was amazing. When we flew in, Greg and Elisa meet us with a binder with info on the ten homes we were touring plus additional Arizona real estate info (this was very helpful keeping track). Greg assisted us continually through the purchase process, as we were remote, this was so very helpful. Greg made my home purchase stress free and resolved any doubts or questions I had. He knows the area really well with commercial developments and what properties are worth investing in for future security. He was an amazing negotiator and knew the market extremely well to know the exact price we needed to put in to outbid our competitors. He even talked us out of putting an offer in for 10k above what we were going with and we got the house saving us 10 grand costing him some commission. I was going through a stressful divorce and needed a place to live and didnt know where to begin. Greg reached out to me probably from someplace I accidentally put my information in but I am so glad he did. His service goes beyond what is required. He gave rides to me when my car broke down and did a market analysis on my previous house from the divorce free of charge. My previous realtors Ive worked with shared none of these experiences. I will be recommending him to all my friends and will be calling him up should I ever need to move again.
