ZillowVERIFIEDShe was absolutely amazing. I called in need under some rather untraditional circumstances and she found me a place in 3 days. I had a lease sign in a week and keys in my hand the beginning of the month. Very attentive and available anytime I called for any reason.

ZillowVERIFIED Chequita was so helpful during my move! Someone actually stole a package of mine that arrived early, and she found out their identity from the security footage, confronted them, and got my package back! She has also been incredibly responsive and patient with all of my questions. Really a great help to me and my roomates.

ZillowVERIFIED Chequita was very helpful with everything regarding this move. Ive been in the same area for 14 yrs and was ready to move out of the area and into an updated unit. She was very knowledgeable about the areas I was interested in seeing housing in and even suggested some areas I didnt even think about, that had some great opportunities as well. She showed me a couple of places and from there I told her what I liked and didnt. Then finally showed me 1 that totally fit me. She really listened to me and found me exactly what I was looking for. She even helped me find reliable movers that made this move really easy and smooth. Shes reliable and her communication with you, the seller, buyer is a plus. Shes very transparent with everything thats going on with the deal/closing. Ill definitely recommend her to anybody thats looking to buy or rent.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Chequita was great. We started our journey two years ago ! Initially my mom and I were looking to purchase a building together. During our exhausting search we realized that the type of building we were interested in and what was available was out of our price range. So we change the gears and I started to look for a house. Originally, my expectations were totally unrealistic about what I was going to find in the price point I wanted to say in . But , Chequita didnt push me she simply showed me what was available in that price point and educated me about why it was necessary for me to increase the price point. Once I found a house ,she wrote a great offer that was accepted. However, It took a while to get to the closing table. My deal was so stressful because I was under contract for over 100 days. The delays were all due to the seller and their incompetent team . Although the process was hard and long Chequita keep me engaged and encouraged the entire time . Even when I started to loose faith and patients Chequita keep me focused and motivated to stay the course. I will definitely work with her again .

ZillowVERIFIED I knew nothing about buying a home, so I asked Miss Dobson to help me, not only did she help, but facilitated the whole process, down to everything I needed to do to secure a loan. When I lost my job and needed help to keep my home, I was told my paperwork was impeccable and was able to save my home after securing employment. She is not only a great agent, she is a great person.
