ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea didnt sell us a house, She found us our home. My wife and I had contacted several different random realtors in our home search adventure. When we met up with Chelsea, we knew we had found our realtor. The difference being the other realtors were trying to sell us a house, Chelsea was focused on us finding our home. We worked together for about a year during the frenzied time of being in a seller?s market and the over bidding that goes with it. To complicate our search, we lived in Hawaii and the whole process was done over phone conversations, texts, and Facetime. Why did we select Chelsea? She is market smart. She has a keen sense of picking up what our likes and dislikes are. She was always active and would selectively search out prospective houses for us to view and call us, instead of waiting for us to we call her. She knew the exact type of neighborhood we wanted to be in because she knows the area. Together we viewed many houses we even put in about four bids before finding our home. We knew nothing of the bidding process so with her knowledge of what price point we should consider, we were able us to put in competitive bids. She was always there for us even after hours, most times when we called her response would be ?give me 20 minutes and I?ll facetime you from the house.? Words I would use to describe Chelsea: Smart, Honest, Enthusiastic, Compassionate, Upbeat, Reassuring, Dedicated. She always carries a winner?s attitude Buying a house ?long distance? is not easy, yet with Chelsea watching out for us, our home finding process went surprisingly smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall a fabulous experience. She is very familiar with Gig Harbor (we were not) neighborhoods, builder reputations and local restaurants and shopping. One example of her service was: we wanted easy freeway access, but did not want to hear traffic. She advance scouted homes for us. When we had a question her response time was immediate, no matter the time of day. Lastly, there was no drop off post close. She has continued to resolve small issues for us. We highly recommend Chelsea and would use her again if we were to move (unlikely).

Chelsea helped us with all aspects of the purchase from identifying a house coming on market that could meet our needs, to facilitating a difficult purchase negotiation, recommending a home inspector, and identifying trades people to make repairs to our new house. Chelsea also opened our house to trades people to make repairs for us when we are out of town. Chelsea worked hard to identify a house that best met our needs at a favorable price in a very difficult market, but never pushed us to make a decision. I thought Chelsea made the purchase process sort of fun.

As first time home buyers we weren't even sure where to start, we were a little overwhelmed before we started working with Chelsea but she was so knowledgable about homes in the area and the whole process, she quickly put us at ease. She sent us some of the best listings based on what we wanted, and since we had rented for 8 years, we were picky! She put us in touch with all the right people to get us pre-approved and the process was so seamless and easy. She answered all of our questions and helped us look at house after house until we found the perfect one, all while 9 months pregnant. She was working days, nights, weekends, and when we found the house we wanted to put an offer in on, she not only met up with us to answer questions and go over everything, she got our offer accepted the same day we made it! THREE DAYS after having her baby!! If that's not dedication to her clients, I don't know what is. She was so present during this whole process and definitely made it all easier with her there to answer every little thing. She was always just a text or phone call away. When we went to get the keys she had this adorable house warming gift waiting for us including a home depot gift card, how perfect! Loved her personality, professionalism, knowledge, dedication and attitude about the whole process and could not have done it without her!! If you need to buy or sell, she's your girl!
