Cortney was phenomenal. We had to relocate from the Northeast to Richmond Hill, and the house we bought we were never actually able to visit in person. But Cortneys input and insight made it feel like we were right there the whole time. She made herself available to answer any questions throughout the entire process. And she checked in on us regularly during the weeks and days before closing. We felt very taken care of and prioritized. Her support staff was also quite efficient with communication. Cortney did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my condo. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was very helpful as I am from out of state and not familiar with the area. She took the time to listen to my concerns, likes and dislikes and paid close attention to details. I have a very demanding job and don't have a lot of time but Cortney was able to pick houses that were in the range of what I was looking for which avoid me wasting time seeing houses I wouldn't be interested in. Overall great service and care. Definitely would recommend Cortney.
