ZillowVERIFIEDChelsea was a huge help in finding a home. Had great knowledge on the area, as well as knowledge on possible renovation costs. They were very responsive, and were my boots on the ground, video chatting me tours of houses to make sure I could see houses quickly when I couldn't make time to commute myself. They helped me navigate the process, and negotiate a great price, coming up with a good and creative offer to work with my situation.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had bought a home with Chelsea in 2016, and with the market being so high we thought about selling that home here in 2022. Chelsea was quick to come out and was very responsive and worked around our busy schedule. She provided extraordinary feedback which elevated the price we could ask for our house. Her and her team worked around the clock (even making herself available to our many questions late at night when most people wouldn't dare work with a customer). The end result was we were able to sell our home for an outstanding price. My wife and I LOVE Chelsea and her team and could not recommend her enough! I tell anyone that will listen to me how wonderful she is and truly made a stressful situation easy! Chelsea, God bless you and your team and thank you for making our dreams come true!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea was amazing! Moving from another state over 10 hours away is a very stressful experience, however, Chelsea eased this stress by promptly responding to our emails, calls, and texts. We had made several upgrades to our home, and Chelsea managed it all with the agent representing the builder. She sent pictures of the house during the building process and met with us every time we came into town. She has provided numerous local resources (broker, inspector, landscapers) and has been a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Chelsea!

ZillowVERIFIED Choosing Chelsea to be my real estate agent was one of the best decisions I made to finding a future home. Whether youre an experienced buyer/seller or fairly new to the process like me, Chelsea has a wealth of knowledge from financing to market analysis. She was always available no matter what time of day or day of the week. She helped eliminate the stress from a process that can be very complex. I greatly appreciated her ability to manage my expectations and provide the information upfront regardless if it was good news or not. This allowed me to make the best, most informed decision possible, which is critical when dealing with real estate transactions. Her ability to manage my rollercoaster of emotions is the art of a true professional, and theres no one better than Chelsea and her team. Ive purchased a home, sold a home and purchased a vacant lot with Chelseas guidance. She and her team are truly the best, and I would highly recommend them for all your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea listed and sold brick house that sat on a large piece of property that was the subject of a partition suit in the Circuit Court of the County of Louisa. She was thorough, responsive, knowledgeable and attained a great offer. She was instrumental in addressing some hiccups that arose between the property going under contract and closing. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED I had heard MANY wonderful things about Chelsea from friends who had chosen her as their realtor and had such a great experience working with her. So, when I needed a realtor to sell my moms house, I reached out to her. From the first reach out, Chelsea was kind, caring, attentive, and always available and eager to help. As I continued to work with her, I learned she was thorough, a sweet go -getter, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. She was easy to communicate with and I always felt that she put the needs of our family first. I knew with her honesty, integrity, and kindness, she always had our back and our best interest at heart. At the start of the process, my family had a hard time navigating selling my moms home because of family challenges that arose, but thankfully we had Chelsea. She maintained such a caring, compassionate, and tenacious spirit throughout the process. Even when challenges popped up, she worked extremely hard and never gave up until she successfully sold our home. I'm so thankful we had her as our realtor and always felt we were in good hands with her help and guidance. So if anyone is looking for a dedicated realtor that is truly passionate about real estate AND helping others, I sincerely recommend Chelsea. She is WONDERFUL!
