I can't say enough good things about Chelsea. She is an amazing realtor and made my first time buying a home a much more straightforward and less stressful experience than I expected. Chelsea was able to help me understand the markets seasonality and have realistic expectations. We saw over 30 houses and condos, and for each one of them, Chelsea provided useful and practical guidance on how they might or might not be a good fit for me. Shes also able to explain why and how things are constructed in a certain way and is always ready to offer suggestions on how a home can be improved by certain design choices In addition to all of this, Chelsea also has an exceptional knowledge of what inspectors will look for. As an example, I went to an open house on my own. I thought it was a decent option so I asked Chelsea to set up time for us to look at it together (I wouldnt dream of putting an offer on something without getting her in-person input first!). Without Chelseas input, the first time I saw the house, I hadnt realized that there was mold in the garage, the roof was so old that it might make getting insurance difficult, plus a whole host of other concerns. Due to Chelseas diligence in going over everything with me during our viewings, I avoided getting attached to and putting offers on homes that I would have had to back out of after an inspection. Chelsea knows all the ins and outs of the home-buying process and will set you up to be in the best possible position to negotiate. Shell fight for you at each step, and she does a great job of balancing keeping you informed with doing what needs to be done in the background to move negotiations forward. Chelsea is a gem of a realtor and person. Her up-beat and approachable attitude is built on a robust professional foundation.
