Without Chelseas input, the first time I saw the house, I hadnt realized that there was mold in the garage, the roof was so old that it might make getting insurance difficult, plus a whole host of other concerns. Due to Chelseas diligence in going over everything with me during our viewings, I avoided getting attached to and putting offers on homes that I would have had to back out of after an inspection.
