ZillowVERIFIED We are very thrilled to have purchased the house that is just right for us and Randy played a key role in this journey. We were looking for a few very specific things. For some reason, houses that checks all the boxes are somewhat rare, especially at our price point. Randy looked at countless of houses with us almost every weekend over the course of a few month. Randy showed us a few neighborhood he thought would be good fits for us. With his knowledge of surrounding suburbs of Seattle we were able to quickly narrow down to 2-3 specific neighborhoods. Randy has always been very patient with us and have been very supportive of us getting the house that is right for us instead of rushing us into something very close but not quite checking every single box. He was very communicative and always reply call / text / email within minutes. At the end we found the house we want. We were able to make just the right offer and got the house after 1 week on the market. From there, thanks to Randy's coordination, we were able to close on the house in a record speed of 20 days. After 1 month of living here, I am sure that the price we paid is about $100k - $200k lower than the sold prices of comparable houses nearby (South Bellevue). We'd like to thank Randy for this incredible journey and would recommend working with him on your next house hunt.

I have interacted with Windermere for more than 40 years as well as other real estate companies in the Puget Sound Area. Over the years, Windermere has seemed smarter and more precise, and their databases seemed more up to date. Our near-term objective was to sell our home at the pinnacle of the housing market before the floor of the market dropped.We hired Gary Mogg, a member of Windermeres Costello Team ~ a group of agents and assistants that bring to the table a 3D view of the Puget Sound housing market and, likewise, a 3D process of selling homes in that market. We needed to know what our house could reasonably sell for in this market. We found Gary to be candid.Gary was energized from the moment he walked into our house. He was focused on what elements of our house he could easily sell and what might be tough. To us he seemed very informed about how buyers think in this market. Gary made direct eye contact, he was spontaneous and unfiltered with his opinions, and he presented facts. Gary gave us a tour of our house from a buyers point of view; we heard things we liked and things that were disappointing. He estimated we could get $1M. We interviewed other agents who gave us numbers up to $1.25M. We signed up with Gary because his ideas appeared better thought out than other agents, his approach to selling seemed to us more creative, and he spoke to us about the integrity and ethical process of his methods.Gary organized staging, photography, and even the assistance of a handyman to fix a few things. His team covered the cost of those things. Gary was clear that in his opinion we needed to completely empty the house before his team should stage the house ~ he found us movers who could do the moving within a week! On the specific day that Gary thought would be best to go on the market, we were there. He orchestrated everything for us; we cooperated and followed his lead. Just before going on the MLS, he recommended we raise the price to $1.12M, which we did. In eight days, our home sold for $1.12M.Gary was terrific to work with. Everything he told us he would do he did. He talked to us almost every single day. He took our calls at all hours. I never felt placated. He was candid. We needed that.

ZillowVERIFIED He got us top dollar for selling our house! Chase came to us in a very professional manner and let us know what we had to do to sell our house for the best price. He gave us a timeline to be moved out based on the market and upcoming holidays and recommended some work that could help it sell. His team accomplished getting our house on the market the weekend before 4th of July while he was on vacation. We reviewed offers the following week after he already negotiated for us. There were no bad surprises but plenty of great ones!I only ranked 1 category lower than 5 stars with a 4. That was responsiveness. When he was on vacation there was about a 1 day delay to connect with his assistant when we had a question. It wasn't a critical item we felt the need to call him on vacation but we would have liked a list of backup contacts. As I'm writing this I found that those contacts are available in the Costello Team Zillow page but not the main team website. Overall it was a fantastic experience with Chase and his team
