Easy to speak with about any questions you may have. After the walk through, she gave us an assignment and we met her expectations. From the repairs to the presentation/staging of the furniture. Charmia gives you easy access online to sign all forms. No, going to her office. She is very knowledgeable from the beginning to the final steps of closing of your home. The closing process took 30-45 minutes which was fast. Compared to the usual 2 hours for closing. Thank you, thank you for all you provided in the selling of my home. ????
