Charley Sorrow accomplished what (over 25 years) 4 different real estate agents were unsuccessful doing...for the most part all 4 simply put a sign on the property and hoped someone would call them...Charley Sorrow is "cut from a different cloth"...she aggressively sought out potential buyers (she never referred to them as prospects) then developed a marketing stratagem that appealed to each potential buyer and then worked constantly until she turned one into a buyer. Now that Charley has entered my life, she will never exit it. She is family. She took time to learn about my backstory and didnt pressure me to sell. She wanted me to do what would be right for me. Once I gave her the green light to sell, everything was top notch from suggested staging (or lack of staging to show off my homes true dimensions) to the For Sale sign in the front yard. Charley is a professional, who fights for her clients. I trusted her completely. There is a reason she is awarded time and again for her sales production. I just stepped aside and let her be my champion. She is a listener and a nurturer. One day I had a meltdown (as in the ugly cry that Oprah references often.) My state of mind had nothing to do with the sales process. It was that I never expected to be making so many life changes on my own. My breakdown was over the fact that my Boston Terrier decided to personally say goodbye to all the ladies in the neighborhood. He refused to get in the car. Charley had just checked on me and could sense the additional stress of this particular day. Shortly after fending the call with Charley, a fire truck arrived. In the pouring rain they caught my little Casanova dog and put him in the back seat. Then we drove away from my former house to begin our new lives. Thank you, Charley. I admire you. You gave me new hope. My new beginning. My friend forever.

She was fantastic. Very positive, looked out for our interest, kept us informed, was there for us when needed, fought for us when it counted during negotiations. Highly recommend her.

We hired Charley and Shelly after interviewing several other realtors. They have a very friendly nature, and exhibit a real knowledge for the real estate business. They presented us with a property analysis on our first meeting, and was able to answer all of our initial questions. When it came to keeping us informed, they were great.
