My experience with Charlette was heaven sent! I was undecided about selling my home and I was in search for other options to solve a few financial issues that had occured. After, receiving several tempting offers from Opendoor, I decided to seek the guidance from an expert. I rememebered that I used a service called Homes for Heroes while buying my home some years back, so I decided to seek their services again. Upon signing up for their services, Charlette contacted me within 30 minutes. She was extremely knowledgeable over the phone and welcoming. She viewed my home the next day and came with an extremely informative packet comprised of who she was, what to expect in this market, home staging tips, similar comps in my area, an estimate of the payout from my sale, and so much more. Charlettes years of exeperience, comforting energy, and knoweledge of the market is what reassured me that I was in good hands and that it was the best decison for me to sell. My home sold in less than 30 days and I received $44,000 over the asking price. This is because she did her research and she directed her questions to the right parties. It an absolute pleasure working with Charlette. She is very knowledgeable, flexible, caring, helpful and professional. We only had two days to find a home and being from FL we were not sure which area we wanted to live in yet or exactly what our price point was.
