He enlisted in the United States Army where he served in Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, then two years on the DMZ in Korea. After the Army, Charles attended college in Louisville, Ky. and received a Degree in Mortuary Science. He is a third generation funeral director and has worked for over 22 years in that industry. During that time Charles acquired a love for real estate from flipping homes. He loves to look at a home and see undiscovered potential and possibility! Having flipped six houses ,he knew he wanted to help others fulfill their dreams and visions. Jennie was the absolute best realtor we could have ever had! She was prompt, knowledgeable and most importantly KIND! She met every one of our hopes and exceeded our expectations! She found us the home of our dreams even after more than a few heart breaks (not her fault sellers/realtors already had offers and didnt disclose) she helped us navigate our very first home buying experience and checked all of our boxes! We seriously CANNOT RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH to anyone that wants an amazing experience. She negotiated our terms, and even got us moved in after they tried to hold up closing! (Again not our fault it was the sellers agent) Id wish you good luck but with Jennie on your side you wont need it!
