We called Charles in June about selling our home. He arrived the next day and we discussed what we wanted to do. He knew the market for similar homes in the area and we agreed on a price. The house was listed for approximately three days and we had a full price offer. He answered all of our questions immediately via phone call or text even when he was across the country. Great and easy to work with. Buying a home for the first time was made so easy for me because he stayed close to his phone and answered all of my calls and questions. Even walking me through houses through video chat listing things like smoking/nonsmoking, his thoughts on the house and things to look for such as moss growing on the roofs. He explained all the paperwork throughly so there was no confusion. He was extremely patient and wondful to work with. I highly recommend him as a realtor.
