I listed my home FSBO in December 2022. After over a month with no viable offers in a great sellers market, I decided on hiring an agent. During that FSBO time, Channin was the only agent to bring me a potential buyer. All the others wanted to list my house or sell me their services. Even though I couldnt work a deal with that buyer, I knew that when the time came, I would hire Channin based on her work ethic alone. My instincts proved correct as within six days of hiring her, we had a signed offer sheet in hand. From the photographing and staging of the home to the open house to the closing table, her attention to detail was second to none. Very knowledgeable about all the comps and potential of my home She even got me way over my asking price for the property, which covered all the selling expenses and then some! Thank you Channin!
