The listing agent I worked directly with was Anthony Allen. This was for a commercial piece of land so it took a while to find the right buyer. The deal got under contract on more than one occasion and then for varying reasons didn't make it to closing. I was impressed with how Anthony never got discouraged through the process. He would simply place it back active and wait for the next buyer. He was obviously willing to do what it took to get the deal to closing. I retired before my wife did and in anticipation of her upcoming retirement we decided to sell our 3000+ square foot home in the Atlanta suburbs and purchase a downsized home in the Savannah area in order to be closer to children and grandchildren.We were very exacting about what we were looking for and without the aid of a Realtor set about looking at listed properties on Zillow that appeared to meet our needs. We found several and called the listing agents of those properties to make appointments to view what we had found. Our first weekend venture (my wife was still working days) from Atlanta to Savannah and the first house we looked at was shown to us by a Hupman Group associate by the name of Joseph "Jay" Mills. My wife and I were totally impressed with his professionalism. The story does not stop there. Once we had an accepted contract the Hupman Group Staff took over every aspect of coordinating inspections, making sure title was in order etc. etc.. We never had to leave Atlanta for termite, septic and home inspections as the Hupman Group attended all and reported back to us. They handled every aspect of all that needs to be done once a contract is signed and we literally only needed to show up the day of closing to sign the documents. We have bought and sold many homes throughout the years and never did we receive the kind of service we did from The Hupman Group. We recommend them to all our friends and family as well as anyone who reads this review. Look no further for a Realtor. You can't do better!!

Jay Mills, my buyer's agent, sent me an E-Mail shortly after that and was extremely helpful. He made the home buying process feel like a walk in the park, which is quite impressive considering this was an international move, and the first home we had ever purchased.The Hupman Group had a very professional and responsive staff that specialized in each step of the home buying process. They have advice and referrals for any service you could possibly ask for, again making the whole process so easy. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process.
