She worked so hard for our family, she constantly encouraged us even after our financing didn't go through, she did not drop us, but instead told us what to do and continued to show us properties. She even worked around our schedule and took us to look at multiple properties. She never rushed us or pushed us into a contract. I recommend her a thousand times over.

ZillowVERIFIED Two years ago I was a first time home buyer and as of recently I was also a first time home seller. I was fortunate enough to have Chance as an agent for both instances! I was nervous to buy my first home but Chance went out of his way to help me throughout the entire buying process. With other agents I had issues left and right. But with Chance I had ZERO issues! Shortly after buying my home I had to relocate for a job and needed to put my home on the market. I did not even entertain the idea of going with any other realtor besides Chance! Chance is a good agent who is courteous, professional, knowledgable in all things real estate and most of all he is CONSISTENT! Unfortunately I am in a different state now but if I had the ability to hire Chance as my agent when I buy my next house I would not hesitate! He is THAT good!

ZillowVERIFIED Always do your diligence when looking for a realtor. We interviewed Chance and a few others, and we were so impressed, we called Chance immediately after our last interview. Chance and his team were the best called we could have made. You want your realtor motivated and friendly. Chance and his team were always working for me. Anytime I made a call or sent an email I had a swift response. This team works so well together, and their main goal was to keep us happy. In less than 2 months we bought a new house and sold our old one. Chance was amazing at walking into our 17 year old house and telling us what buyers would be looking for. We did exactly what he said. We listed on a Monday and had 14 showings and 10 offers by Wednesday. They have an appointment system that takes calls from realtors, and coordinates your schedule through an app to show your home. It was as easy as playing a video game to coordinate. By that Friday we had a signed offer. We also used Chance's team to purchase our new home. Todd made sure we found what we wanted and helped us craft an offer that got an immediate response. They are all powerful, motivated and effective. I cannot say enough good things about the process. Great people, great company, great team.
