ZillowVERIFIED Chad and Jamie made our home sale go smoothly! It was a long process because our buyers needed several extensions and Chad kept things moving along as best as he could. It was under contract for over one year so they had to spend many hours on the different negotiations that took place. Our home was a higher end property and the pictures and video that they put together was extremely professional and it brought a lot of attention. They required pre-approval and Chad or Jamie was present at every showing because of the large property and the amount of details that needed relayed to the prospective buyers. I would defiantly recommend using them. Thanks for all the hard work and we will see you guys soon!

ZillowVERIFIED Chad was honest about how much we could ask for the house and also what our bottom offer could be. He was honest about what needed to be done to the house to help sell. And he didnt have us do any frivolous stuff like our agent did the last time we tried to sell it. When I got a bid to paint the house he was honest about the deal I was getting from the painter. I could always get a hold of him if I had any questions. If he didnt answer he always called me back. He was understanding about what we went through with our last agent and also the perspective buyers we had the last time we tried to sell the house. He understood that we wanted out from under it and that we didnt want to be landlords anymore. Hes just honest and upfront. Not stuffy and arrogant like some realtors are.
