His website/timeline is easy to follow, and his team reached out frequently to update us as well. At the beginning we were given a notebook that had several tips and suggestions to ease our way through the process. Text messages, calls and emails were always promptly answered. Even setting up the showings was easy with a simple text, and the appts were set for as soon as we could get into the homes. When we decided to make an offer, Chad quickly drew up the paperwork, so there was no waiting. Days before we closed there was a large storm, and he even hired someone to clean off the roof, because the seller's had already left the state. Coordination of the key turnover was simple, and he offered us a few convenient ways for us to collect the keys. After we closed, he has invited us to a few different events for his clients. I would highly recommend the Chad Hauer to anyone.
