I was unable to actually see the property before I bought it because of an injury and had to rely on Chad for a lot more than is usual in a real estate transaction. He was always available and informed. He went above and beyond what you usually get from your realtor. Use this guy. He is what you always want but seldom get from using a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Chad diligently assisted us through a lengthy sale process, which was complicated by water in our crawlspace. Chad isn't afraid of hard work, and went down into our crawlspace himself to take a look at the problem and help come up with solutions. He ended up recommending contractors who solved the water problems, so that we could secure a buyer that was willing to pay a fair price for the house. Our buying process hit some snags as well, but Chad competently guided us through them and we are moving into a wonderful place this weekend.

He is very knowledgeable about construction as well, giving us pointers on problems we might have with specific homes. When we found the home we loved, Chad was indtrumental in coordinating everything between the lender, builders, escrow, etc, as well as ensuring that the house had no issues before it was handed over to us. We are so thankful for Chad for being key in finding our forever home!

ZillowVERIFIED When we were looking for a place, we just clicked on Zillow. Then clicked for an agent to call us, first agent was not helpful. Just told us to go look at the place and get back to her. Then the next place we found did the same, and got Chad. I was a little short with him, not knowing if he was going to blow us off. And I wanted someone that know the area we were looking in. Or at least familiar with the land and issues that may arise. Well he told me he was from Bonny lake, so I was sold! Called him on all the different places we found, and he looked up any info we needed it on before we bought. Then we found our forever place in Eatonville, and he helped make it happen. Very nice young man and easy to work with.

He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to the home prior to sell and he went above and beyond and put his tool belt on to assist in getting those projects done. Whenever my wife or I had a question he was always available and able to answer our questions/concerns. As this was my first time selling a home, I was skeptical about the need for using a realtor and he proved why it is so beneficial. When it came time to review offers he was helpful in understanding the terms and what they meant and his ability to negotiate and "close the deal" were commendable. I would definitely recommend using Chad, he will take care of you.

ZillowVERIFIED Chad was great. This guy definitely knows what he's doing. He loves his job and is really passionate about finding you the right home. He seems to have a really great understanding about how the market works here in Seattle, which is one of the hottest markets around. He knew exactly what offer we needed to write to win, and even was able to negotiate contingencies and a repair allowance for me! That's NOT easy to do here in this day in age. He always was able to answer my questions quickly and accurately, was super responsive whenever I needed him, and was great about following up and through with all parties while I was in escrow. He wasnt trying to pressure us into buying. He had our back like a friend and was available at ANY time of time. He sets himself apart from other real estate agents in his background in home renovations. Chad had tons of creative ideas for changes if we needed to go that route. We ended up on a newer house choice though. He replied to our every question extremely fast and was on top of it! He is very knowledgeable of real estate and even in construction and remodeling. He was able to tell us exactly what we would need to do to fix things, and see if it was worth it in the long run. We had a lot of fun looking at houses, and we experienced every type of house out there. My husband and I have opposite schedules, but Chad always squeezed as many houses in for us to look at on the days we had off together. We ended up finding the perfect house, and we close tomorrow. I will be recommending Chad to anyone I hear looking to buy a house, or that needs a realtor, and using him for any home buying needs I may have in the future :)

ZillowVERIFIED Chad Durrant did a great job helping us find a house, and working with us during the stressful process of negotiating a sales price and post-inspection repairs, as well as waiting out the closing period. We just closed yesterday, and couldn't be happier with our choice. He showed us numerous properties over a wide area. He stayed for the entire inspection, and usually responded to emails or texts within five minutes, including during one stretch when he was on vacation out of state. He was willing to work around our schedules, and even offered to help us move should we have needed it. Left us a nice gift too. Highly recommend.
