ZillowVERIFIED Wow! If you're thinking of looking for a home in the Northwoods of Wisconsin there is truly is no one better than Cecily. I vetted 5 different realtors and knew I wanted to work with Cecily after our first conversation. She is whip smart, kind, and gets stuff DONE. She has a keen sense of what people are looking for and matching them with properties that they might be interested in, even if they don't know it yet. The entire time we felt confident in her expertise; she is extremely knowledgeable about the area, seasonability, homes, lakes, as well as how to navigate the buying process. She was also invaluable in pointing out potential issues or red flags. She knows the area and many of the sellers agents so we always felt a step ahead. We were buying from out of state so our search was a little bit tricky but Cecily was super flexible and even took video of places we wanted to look at before we flew in. She gave us her opinions good and bad and talked us out of a few situations she felt we wouldn't be happy with. Thank you to Cecily and her team! Currently writing this from our NEW CABIN ON THE LAKE!!

ZillowVERIFIED Cecily is amazing. She's patient, flexible, knowledgeable, and driven. I'm hesitant to say that I was a challenging client with a long list of demands, because I don't want Cecily and her team to only receive challenging clients with long lists of demands from this review... But that is exactly what I was, and she made the whole experience so much easier on me than I expected it to be. If you're trying to move in or to the area, definitely go with Cecily and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Cecily as our local agent to purchase a lakefront property in Rhinelander and I cannot say enough about what amazing job she did representing us. From the very start she tuned into what we were after and keyed into our highest priorites. Responsiveness and communication throughout were always very sharp. Her perspectives always came with a lot of well informed input grounded in data and market realities. When we finally got to offer stage she did a masterful job in navigating a very tenuous and drawn out negotiation process. I am beyond thrilled with our end result and Cecily was with us every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Cecily has helped us close on two incredible Northwoods luxury properties in the last 2.5 years. Her communication and accessibility is top notch and her knowledge of the market and pricing is excellent. We will certainly use Cecily for future property purchases in the Northwoods, and I would recommend you do the same if you want a great buying experience.

ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Cecily Dawson as a Northwoods realtor. Cecily was very enthusiastic and honest when communicating with us. If we would call / text Cecily with a question about a property, she was very prompt in getting back to us. She has great knowledge of real estate in northern Wisconsin. We feel very comfortable and fortunate to have Cecily as our real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Cecily (Ces) Dawson is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. After selling several homes and working with multiple agents we can say working with Ces made the process simple and efficient. We live out of state, so having a Real Estate Agent that is not only able to market our property, but someone we were able to trust with every aspect of the deal was as crucial to us as their ability to market and sell - and we found this in Ces. Our home was located in a challenging market - as it relates to the State of Wisconsin - as well as had a few hurdles to overcome in the selling process, such as a restaurant/bar next door. Ces was able to market our home for all of its most appealing attributes and found a way to put a positive spin on features that may be difficult for someone to immediately see the benefits of. We absolutely would recommend that anyone looking for a fair, honest and knowledgeable realtor look no further - give Ces and her team a call - it will be the best decision you make at the start of your listing!

ZillowVERIFIED I wanted an Oneida county lakehouse/cottage that had easy access to the areas renown supper clubs that could also serve as a vacation rental when my family is not using it. Importantly, I would be conducting the search from south Florida and most likely would not have a chance to see the place in person before making a cash offer, since the market is so hot. Simply put, I would have made an enormous mistake if I hadnt hired Cecily Dawson. I can not speak more highly of her: listening skills, knowledge of the area, expert counsel, quickness to respond, care and concern for my needs, attention to detail, ability to do deals with area brokers and perhaps most importantly her charm, graciousness and good humor. Only with Cecilys involvement, was I able to land my DREAM home on Thunder Lake. I can not more highly recommend anyone for your home buying needs than Cecily Dawson, and I'm already looking forward to the next deal we do together. Thank you Cecily!

ZillowVERIFIED Cecily Dawson was one of the most professional real estate agents I have ever worked with. Our home-buying experience went so smoothly due to Cecily's ability to react promptly to our phone calls and texts, research our questions, and advise us on procedural requirements. We ended up with the property we had hoped for and she made the whole experience a very positive one. We would highly recommend Cecily Dawson and her wonderful assistant!

ZillowVERIFIED I submitted a request for information into Zillow and got a call back from Cecily with in 10 min. We had never met and after talking for 15 minutes I was extremely impressed with her overall knowledge, communication and professionalism. We agreed to meet at the property that weekend and I was extremely pleased with her research and preparation to ensure she new all the information necessary for us to make a decision as having to travel 2.5 hours for multiple visits would have been a challenge. Her communication between us and the seller was immediate and having her on our side to ensure we were asking the right questions and doing the necessary things needed to negotiate a successful purchase. I'd use Cecily to buy another property in a instant and highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Cecily Dawson is an excellent realtor. What, you need more? Okay, I'll elaborate... Cecily represented us in purchasing our current home and selling our former home. She was able to help make both transactions go seamlessly. She accurately predicted the final sale price of our home, which can only be accomplished by having impeccable knowledge of the local market. Whether you are a first time home buyer or a grizzled real estate veteran, Cecily's deep well of knowledge is second to none. ZillowVERIFIED I live in NYC and inherited property up in Oneida County. Though beautiful, it wasn't land that I would be able to use... but I remembered the plans my father had for it so it was incredibly hard to let go of. When I finally got the nerve up to sell, I did some research and found rave reviews for Cecily Dawson at Lakeland Realty. I sent her a quick note introducing myself and within a couple of days she had visited the property to take photos and done some digging for potential buyers. It was a particularly hard piece of land to sell due to its lack of access. Cecily was kind, happy to provide advice, and to answer quick questions whenever I reached out. Thanks to her help, we were able to sell the property within a few months!

ZillowVERIFIED We are moving to a location we have dreamed about for 25 years because of Cecily. In a moment of panic, we almost walked away from the deal, but her honest (and calm) advice caused us to take a deep breath and move forward in an informed rather than emotional way. She drove over FOUR hours each way (and took a ferry!) to see the home we were considering to make certain that she was giving us her best support and advice. Who does that?? She is the epitome of a professional, dedicated realtor who works overtime for her clients. We have bought and sold several homes and no one I have ever worked with compares to her. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED After working with 2 other listing agents I went with Cecily Dawson as I found her to be very proactive. She was always engaged with us as buyers. Buyers are typically very emotional during the home buying process which can lead to making poor decisions. Cecily kept us on the right track. She has a very unique perspective with her negotiation skills as she tries to understand what the seller is looking for in the process. She keeps on top of all deadlines and makes you feel like your her only customer. If there is something she doesn't know she digs right in and gets the answer. If you want an agent that truly works for you Cecily Dawson is your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I want to start by saying that Cecily Dawson is not just an amazing agent, she's an amazing person. My family and I have always dreamed of owning a lake home in Northern Wisconsin, and she made our dream a reality. Cecily's knowledge of what to look for when seeking a lake home was second to none. There were so many topics that we never even thought of, but she was all over it. Cecily showed us a property on a lake on three separate occasions due to conflicting schedules with our family members. Even on a rainy Sunday, Cecily met us and never treated us as a burden. She was always professional, and willing to help us realize our dream. When the inspection on the first property came back worse than expected, she assisted us in changing course to another property (which we purchased). Again, never treating us as bothersome, even though I'm sure my constant emailing and text messages were a pain! Cecily Dawson is the agent you want to find the property you deserve. Due to her care, guidance, and professionalism, my family has a property that we hope to enjoy for generations. Thank you again Cecily for all you did for my family, and we could not have had a better person in our corner!

ZillowVERIFIED I went into the first-time home buying process as a skeptic (inherited my dad's strong distrust of realtors, I guess), but came away a believer that good agents do exist! We met Ces when she showed us a property that she had listed. We decided to use her as our agent because she seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. When we finally found our perfect home, Ces worked hard behind the scenes to ensure it was as smooth a transaction as a real estate deal can be (and she handled our multitude of nervous first-time-buyer emails and calls like a champ). Ultimately, we ended up with a home we absolutely love! We don't plan on moving anytime soon, but for anyone else looking for a great Northwoods Wisconsin realtor, I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Ces Dawson.

ZillowVERIFIED Cecily is awesome! We stumbled across what we felt might be our "forever" home upon retirement in a few years. Contacted Cecily through Zillow - she responded immediately! We live in southern Wisconsin and the home was in northern Wisconsin - so logistics were important. Cecily performed her job superbly right out of the gate. Two showings on short notice, explained processes very well, alerted us to documents that would be coming via DocuSign, everything. Outstanding communication! Best of all, she's just a great person. Very enthusiastic, high energy, positive. And after the closing, she left us a very nice housewarming gift to enjoy. Thank you Cecily!!!!!!!

She kept us updated on new listings and when we physically looked she was on it with all the info and was able to show us several homes in one day. ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to cross paths with Cecily through Zillow. Her communication skills and the timeliness of answers to our questions were amazing. We were not from the area where we were purchasing a home, but she made all the paperwork seamless via email. She even did the final walk through for us before the remote closing and took videos to show us the items in question were taken care of. We met her in person to see the home and she was very informed about the area. Because of her excellent work ethic, we asked her about selling our other property about 2 hours away. She was very honest and said she could, but she was quite busy and didn't feel she could handle taking on the task. She referred us to another realtor in that area specializing in the type of property we were selling. We appreciate her honesty, hard work and thoughtfulness. We thank her for a seamless transaction!

ZillowVERIFIED I knew from my first conversation with Cecily that she was the Rhinelander real estate person for me. Cecily was already familiar with the properties that my wife and I had searched for and found on Zillow. Cecily was familiar with all the neighborhoods where our prospective houses were located and handled all the showing appointments with the professionalism expected from an experienced real estate agent. We chose to make an offer on one of the first houses we were shown. Cecily helped us through the offer back and forths. After the offer was accepted Cecily, again, helped us through the contingencies. We closed the transaction on time because Cecily had the patience and knowledge to get the job done. Thank You Cecily! ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know where to start. My family and I just relocated to WI from Tennessee. Our house hunting started online and I was researching agents in our new area and Cecily seemed like a great fit. I couldnt have done better if I wanted. She got all the info about what we were looking for and was sending us links of houses to see when we came up. Well, we found a house we really didnt want to wait on, and so she went to look at it for us and took videos and talked to me while she was there. We decided to jump on it without seeing it in person and our offer was accepted. It ended up being a bit of a rocky process, but she was so awesome through all of it. When the seller couldnt complete some repairs that our lender needed done on time, Cecily actually came to the house to help repair it so we could get closed!! Who does that?!? She did, thats who. I cannot imagine finding a better agent. We are so grateful and were just so happy we found her! Thanks so much, Ces! If you want an agent that will work for you, look no further.
