ZillowVERIFIED Cati both helped me sell my condo and buy a house with my son and his family. She helped us figure out how to spruce up the condo for a better price and how to stage it for selling. She walked us through all the paperwork and give me encouragement for my doubts and jitters. Because of her help the condo sold for above asking price with multiple offers. She continuously sent us updates for available homes within our range and the specifics in which we were pursuing. She was very flexible with our schedule and always made time for us (sometimes on very short notice). Cati is also very thorough and attentive with working with the sellers to figure out what their intentions were in selling and how that plays into our timeline and decisions to pursue the home. Most importantly, as first time home buyers we never once felt pressured or over burdened throughout the process. Cati was very good about explaining the exhaustive amount of detail that goes with home buying and was very caring of our questions and requests. ZillowVERIFIED Decided to purchase my first house in the fall in 2018. Saw a desirable house on Zillow, requested an agent to contact me. Cati called within minutes, met her the next day at her office in Mukilteo. She showed me a house that was having an open house. Ultimately, the first house didnt go through. But Cati showed me a total of 4 houses, the 4th house being a charm. Catis negotiation skills saved me an extra $7k at closing. Highly recommend! Shes knowledabke, friendly, and a pleasant person to deal with on a daily basis, highly recommend!

It has been 2.5 years since my husbands passing and the house was getting expensive to manage. I met Cati when she was showing a house I was looking at to get ideas as to what I want in a house. She came to my house and helped me through the process of putting my home up for sale and finding a new one for myself. There were many times I wanted to put my head in the sand but Cati was amazingly patient with me and understood all the facets of emotions I was going through. ZillowVERIFIED Cati helped us both sell and buy. We went from a condo to a home with room for our dogs and child. She was extremely helpful in having knowledge of both the area we sold and bought in. When we listed our condo we had at least 25 walk throughs and had multiple offers within a matter of days. She was patient as we went through each offer explaining all of the pros and cons. She was not pushing and did not rush the process. She provided her advise and was open and willing to answer every detailed questions. Cati was also very communicative and available at all hours when we had questions or she had updates. She made the process from selling to buying much less stressful then anticipated, actually almost easy.
