ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Cathy through her partner at Windemere, Vickie Jennings. Both are Managing Brokers, which brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our home search. Our search took several months to find the right place for us, but Cathy hung in there and kept us on top of what was on the market and what to look for. Through the many homes we walked through, she answered our questions and got answers for us as quickly and professionally as one could ask for. At times, Vickie would pitch-in when Cathy was busy with other clients. The entire Team of Cathy, Vickie, and their support staff are nothing, but amazing! We were always kept in the loop every step of the way by all of them on the team. For my wife and I, this has been the absolute best home buying experience yet in our 49 years together. We will have future Real Estate needs and will certainly be seeing Cathy and Vickie again.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy Torgerson and Vicki Jennings assisted me and buying and selling my first home. Being a first-time buyer, I was apprehensive about the process. Cathy and Vicki were highly professional during the process by walking me through the buying and selling processes, making it stress free. When I sold my home I was living out of state, Cathy, Vicki and their team took care of everything including making repairs, cleaning and generally getting it ready for sale. They were always available to answer my questions and keep me updated on what can be a complicated process. It was a pleasure working with Cathy and Vicki and I highly recommend them when purchasing or selling a house.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Cathy because she was recommended by my parents and they were satisfied with their experience. I would recommend Cathy because I was working with my bank and told me they couldnt find. Cathy recommended two mortgage companys that I should try before throwing in towel. She was right I got my condo. Plus if she doesnt have an answer for u she will track down an answer

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy and her team were just beyond amazing. She waited patiently and helped us find the perfect home. She dealt with our questions, late night phone calls, worries and just with us bothering anytime we could. Cathy and her team understood our needs with buying and selling a home, Cathy went above and beyond to make sure our home sold by letting our dogs out when we couldn't have sitters for showings, to fighting with escrow to get numbers correct on the day of closing. Just beyond amazing! Would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy was great at getting me into my first and dream home. She worked with my crazy schedule and put up with pickiness. She even showed me homes across multiple cities to ensure I was getting the one I wanted. She made the whole process easy and even helped me through negotiating a second house when the first one fell through.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy is such an asset for home buyers! She knows the market well and is equally good with people and negotiations. She will give you space if you need it or move at light speed with you if that's your style. We owe our latest successful purchase to her availability, willingness to move quickly, and her professional network who could also accomidate such an aggressive timeline. She's a wonderful resource with lots of knowledge and existence!

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy was all we could have asked for in a real estate agent, and more. She was patient with two very picky and sometimes unrealistic buyers - sticking with us for about 2 years, through several offers, trials and tribulations until we found our perfect home and received an accepted offer! Not only was she exceptional as an agent, she was supportive and offered significant guidance as we went through a very emotional buy. I would, and have, recommended Cathy to my friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy is one of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is extremely hard working; focused; knowledgeable; honest; ethical and patient. My wife and I spent a long time looking for the right home and Cathy was with us every step of the way. Her expertise of the market and her positive, encouraging attitude was a blessing to us during our search. Buying a home is a roller coaster ride emotionally and Cathy provided us with a steady hand of guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy helped us list our house and held our hands through the process. We could not find a house in the area we were looking, so pulled our listing. Cathy was very supportive in our decision to pull the listing, which was very admirable in that the day we pulled the listing an offer had been made on our house. I would highly recommed Cathy to be your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We just purchased a HUD home with the wonderful assistance of Cathy. We were looking in the Edmonds/Lynnwood/MLT area and she would drive all the way up from Puyallup whenever we needed her to. She made us feel like we were her only clients, even though we definitely were not. She is very professional with just the right amount of personal. I would HIGHLY recommend her for all types of sales (HUD, short sale, conventional, FHA, etc). She is very knowledgeable and if she didn't have the answer she got it to us in a matter of hours. I have and will continue to refer her to anyone I know that is looking for an amazing agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy Morris is a miracle worker. She SOLD my 87-year-old fathers upside-down house when conditions could not have been more difficult economically, personally and medically for our Dad. From our first meeting with Cathy, she was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, masterful, and justifiably confident in her ability to make this short-sale happen. We had many questions. She answered them all - no equivocation. She pulled together a perfect team of short-sale experts. During the life of our adventure, she was proactive-repeatedly following-up with us on the results of open houses and showings, responding to endless emails from me on aEURoestatusaEUR?, and providing unwavering confidence and emotional support that we would be successful in achieving our goal. I completely and totally recommend Cathy Morris to anyone who wants a no nonsense aEURoemust happenaEUR? solution to their problem. She SAVED us.
