She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and and so much more. There wasn't a question that she couldn't answer or help us find the answer to. Also, she was honest which is so important when you're going through the selling and buying process... She went above and beyond to make sure that we had done everything that we need, knew everything that we needed to know, and helped us prepare every step of the way, even when it wasn't part of her job... Even after all is said and done, she is still extremely helpful and super responsive. I feel like we've gained not only a great connection when it comes to anything home related, but also a friend... I would recommend her (and will) to my closest friends and family. If we ever move again we will most definitely have her on our team but I doubt that we'll be moving as we found the house of our dreams...

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had a great experience with Cathy. From the beginning, she was very responsive and also responded to emails/texts that I sent after hours, during my leisure time. Of course I didn't expect her to follow up so quickly, but she did! She was very knowledgeable about the various areas that we were shopping around in and the one time that we looked in a different area, she was very honest about not being extremely familiar with the neighborhood. Most importantly, we got into a sticky situation that she fought hard to make right. Two weeks before we were set to close on a home, we found out that the owners had a lien against the property and couldn't even sell it! We had already paid for an inspection, appraisal, and provided earnest money. Cathy fought hard for us and we were able to recoup all funds, without any financial loss. Unfortunately, she had already done all the work and we were also very emotionally invested, but her efforts definitely eased the pain. Overall, Cathy was great and I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends!

When my Fiance and I started our search for our first home we knew we would need help, but we never knew that the house-hunting process could be so easy with the right help. Luckily we were recommended Cathy by some family members and we began our search. Cathy was patient and answered all of our questions while working around our crazy work schedules. Most of all though she wanted to make sure that we were able to buy a nice house in an area with good schools where we could grow our family. She offered advice on each house we looked at and made suggestions as to what each space could be used for that really made each house's character shine. Cathy also explained that when we found "the one" we would know. She was completely right. When we walked into our home it wasn't just another house, it was home. We let Cathy know after we had really thought about the house for a while and it just seemed perfect. After that she was able to get all of our required documents for us to sign almost immediately. When we all spoke about what to offer she looked at how long the home had been on the market and saw what it was listed for and we did offer pretty low, but the sellers took it and from there the house had to be inspected and appraised. After that everything was great with the house and closing was a breeze. She broke the buying process down into terms that we could understand so we were never lost and always knew what was going on. What really makes this agent shine is her knowledge and how she gets to know you and makes you feel like family, not just another client. She really took our interests to heart and helped us find our dream home. She even gave us advice on resale or potential rent value if we ever decide to move in the future. I really don't think our experience could have been any better than it was with Cathy. We would highly recommend her and we will be using her again for any other property purchases we make in the future!

Once in buying our last home in SEP 2011 and then again with selling it May 2013. In both experiences Cathy was very sensitive to our needs and our wants. She was also truthful and upfront about our chances of meeting all of those within our price range. Throughout the entire process of buying our home, she was relentless in finding homes that met our needs and fighting for our interests every step of the way. As a first time home buyer I could have been very confused and concerned by the process, but after the first couple of days working with Cathy I had no worries. Her advice and negotiation skills are beyond reproach and she helped us get a great deal on our home.Throughout our ownership of that home Cathy was always quick to answer calls for advice on modifications or improvements and quickly became a valued friend.When I found out that I was being transferred with the military, Cathy sprang into action again and at our request gave us a list of quick improvements modifications we could do to prep our house for selling. Her list and timeline were aggressive and my wife and I, although trusting, were skeptical if we could get it done, and how much it would help. As usual Cathy was spot on. We had an offer within 24 hours of our home listing and within 36 hours we had an contract for ASKING PRICE!! which by the way was $40,000 above our purchase price only 18 months prior!!Since then, we have looked for homes near my new job. I have been less than impressed with the realtor we used. She understood how particular we were about the items on our "must have" list and if she didn't waste our time taking us to any house or neighborhood she knew wouldn't work for us. ZillowVERIFIED Cathy was informed of our interest in looking at possible houses in GA during a short visit from another state. Prior to our arrival in the area, Cathy provided us 20+ potential MLS listings to review that were within our general price, location and desired home style preferences. As she suggested, we identified the ones we liked best to help narrow possible viewing on the day we were available. Cathy then used our list to coordinate the best viewing sequence, and identify other possibilities, based on our desires. She picked us up at the agreed time, and after hearing our comments about the first few listed homes, used her i-phone to check on other new listings that may be available. She coordinated revised viewing times with owners/realtors, and even a 2nd viewing of two houses we liked best. She was very responsive and served as a great consultant when discussing the pros/cons of each home compared to our preferences. After making our selection, Cathy assisted us by recommending some possible negotiations before completing the appropriate paperwork for the initial sales contract. Even after making our selection, Cathy helped us take the next steps by recommending possible financing sources to obtain the best mortgage rates, and continued to assist us by keeping us up-to-date prior to our move to the area.
