Cathy was very knowledgeable about which companies or people in Colorado Springs could do good, reliable, reasonable painting, yard clean up, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. She also recommended a very good staging company. When the inspection came in, once again Cathy stepped up to the plate and got everything that needed to be done taken care of. She kept we very well informed by text, calls, and email. The title company she works with was very professional and easy to work with. Cathy is a real gem. I recommend her with great kudos!
