Cathy is absolutely amazing! When you are buying out of state, trust is crucial. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I could not recommend her enough!

Cathy was awesome to work with. She had a wealth of knowledge for military families. Always available to answer questions and provide candid advice/guidance. Her teams efforts allowed us to be under contract and close quickly. Understands the VA assumption process. Her generosity for military families is unmatched.

I had an outstanding experience working with Cathy M. as my real estate agent. She truly prioritizes the home buyer, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Cathy initially reached out through Zillow, demonstrating her proactive approach. Throughout the home buying journey, she expertly navigated the complexities, making it stress-free and even injecting a sense of fun into the process. I highly recommend Cathy M. for her dedication and exceptional service!

I had a house that had not been well maintained. Cathy was very knowledgeable about which companies or people in Colorado Springs could do good, reliable, reasonable painting, yard clean up, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. She also recommended a very good staging company. When the inspection came in, once again Cathy stepped up to the plate and got everything that needed to be done taken care of. She kept we very well informed by text, calls, and email. The title company she works with was very professional and easy to work with. Cathy is a real gem. I recommend her with great kudos!

We were very lucky to be able to work with Cathy! She made the process so easy for us as we were new home buyers and knew little to nothing about the market. She worked with our schedule and looked into everything we were wanting in a home. If youre lucky enough to work with her you will not be disappointed. We appreciate everything she did for us in this crazy process and we are absolutely in love with our new home. Any questions we had were answered throughly and we couldnt have had a better experience. She did not make us feel pressured through any of the steps of buying and made sure we knew what we were doing and made clear of anything that had us puzzled. If youre looking to make a big purchase, she will not disappoint. She did hesitate to do her best for us and we will definitely be recommending her to any of our friends and family who are looking to buy in the future! Thanks so much Cathy!

Cathy was an amazing realtor for us! She made the process smooth, and her response time was always fast. I always appreciated her candid honesty and willingness to seek answers for things she hadnt heard of before. She also went the extra mile and found us a realtor in the new state we were moving to that would jive well us. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience buying our 2nd home with Cathy. She made our goals feel attainable. She took the time to take us on neighborhood/area tours to get a better sense of what we truly wanted. What I loved most was her knowledge of each community. I felt like we were able to make the best, most informed decisions.

Cathy was incredible from the beginning to the end. Being new to Colorado Springs she showed me many houses and gave me a tour of the city! I was not able to see the house, she helped me purchase, in person the first time so she sent me a video tour of it. Cathy was so helpful and so knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She reminded me of deadlines and made sure I completed and signed documents. If I had questions she jumped on a call to help me. Cathy did more than I ever expected!
