ZillowVERIFIED I was in the middle of a prolonged divorce and had an older home that needed some work out in Hockinson. Cathy listed the home, as is, and was about to sell the property in a day and a half of viewing and for 15K over our asking price. Her level of local real estate market knowledge was astounding and very effective. She was able to work with my X wife and I both, very well, in a pretty tense time. Cathy was able also to help with some difficult spaces and make them much more presentable, which, to my mind, assisted tremendously in our sale. Then Cathy found my X wife and son a property, almost immediately. Quite simply Cathy exceeded my every expectation. I am extremely happy we were able to work with Cathy.

The first home we toured took a solid 2+ hours of discussion and Cathy gave us privacy to talk alone as well as offering a different viewpoint related to the specific home. She also respectfully submitted a significantly lower offer than she was comfortable with, but this showed the level of trust she gives her clients right away. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

She was very experienced with the area, and straight from the beginning she was helpful with explaining the home buying process to us (my gf and I). On the first phone call she broke down the initial steps, directed us in the direction of our eventual loan officer, amongst other things to help get the ball rolling. Cathy was quick to give us recommendations, and willing to be at a viewing at the earliest hours possible to ensure we got to see a house and submit an offer. She was open and honest with us, even telling us if something was a steal or a bad idea if we couldn't see it for ourselves. ZillowVERIFIED We met Cathy in a very desperate and sensitive time. Both my fiance and I were trying to get out of a crappy rental situation, trusted another agent to take care of us but from the beginning we were doing all the work (as a first time home buyer, we weren't sure what to expect from an agent). Fast forward 4 months, very frustrated and defeated couple still fighting to get earnest money from a house we offered in on 2 months ago. We ended up firing our original agent and called Cathy! From the beginning, we shared our story and she was so embarrassed of our first experience with an agent. I explained to her our situation with the earnest money and she took us under her wing to make sure we got our money back. She explained all the moving parts and was realistic about all the options and timelines but was willing to help guide us in this process. She DID NOT have to do this at all. This issue was from our original agent who royally screwed up. She advocated for us with the title company and follow-up as it was appropriate. By the end, we got our money back and the first house she found for us was OUR home and now almost at closing. She made this process so easy, educated us in our very weird 'first time homeowner buying' process and was AMAZING at communicating. She really showed us what a smooth process this should have been from the start. Thank you so much Cathy! You truly are amazing and wonderful to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell my rental property and enlisted Cathy as my listing agent. As a 10 years rental home my 28 years old house needed much work before it was ready. Cathy made many suggestions and provided help finding contractors. In less than 2 months she listed my house and we had 4 showings on its first day on the market. Then I got to accept a full price offer just one day after ! When our buyer decided to negotiate down the offer price after a home inspection, that was very stressful just before my planned family vacation. Cathy was very supportive and worked to help us negotiate throughout the ordeal. While I was away she even took care of some maintenance issues of the house to comply with buyer's home inspection findings. I find Cathy to be an honest, excellent professional and very easy to work with based on my experience.
