We can?t recommend Catherine highly enough. We found her through a senior housing website when we decided to sell our house in Northern California and move to the D. C. area to be nearer to family. We contacted her remotely to introduce ourselves, then met up with her in person on a family visit to Maryland.As strangers to the area, we found Catherine very helpful in locating a variety of possibilities to meet our needs. No sooner did we return home to California to plan the next step than the coronavirus pandemic erupted, making our moving and travel plans unusually challenging. Catherine recently helped my husband and I find a condominium at Leisure World to invest in and rent out as part of a 1031 exchange. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Any information we requested was supplied promptly and she volunteered any information we had not asked for that she thought we needed. At the same time she was very patient, allowing us the time we needed to make a decision and showing us one property twice.
