Catherine Soffronoff

Catherine is licensed in MD, DC, and VA. She works with both buyers and sellers, and specializes in working with seniors, helping them to downsize. She is an expert in 55-and-over communities in Maryland, such as Leisure World and Central Parke at Victoria Falls. She is also an expert in lower Montgomery County, especially Silver Spring and Kensington. She has lived in the Forest Glen area of Silver Spring for almost 20 years, and loves working with first-time and move-up homebuyers who are interested in moving to the area.
