Catherine's methods to analyze a housing market allow her to go to any community and give her clients an effective market analysis so they can develop sound strategies to achieve their goals. After building a strong business based on happy clients referring other happy clients to her, Catherine's commitment to excellence, led her to found the Lighthouse Real Estate Team in 2014. The Lighthouse Real Estate Team has been recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors with the Top Producer Award based on their high sales production. Under Catherine's leadership, guided by her commitment to exceed expectations, the Team marketed and sold rehabbed homes - 50% before completion and 25% in less than 30 days. Catherine has expanded her expertise beyond residential real estate to commercial and industrial development, commercial tenant representation and bulk REO and NPN. Catherine has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Network and Communications and has earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from The Keller Graduate School of Management.
