I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ive sold two condos with Catherine, one in Dupont and one in Logan Circle, and both times its been a breeze. She knew exactly how to prepare, stage and market them to maximize value and sell quickly. Jordan was extremely responsive while my wife and I were on the market for a new house this summer. He was always available to answer calls, texts and emails, as was Catherine. Were thrilled with the place we bought with their help. Team Jouet has the experience and relationships to answer every question clearly and guarantee that their clients bids are competitive. I trust the advice I get from them fully. Not once have I felt rushed toward a decision I didnt want to make. ZillowVERIFIED When my husband was transferred on short notice to a new job in DC, we had only a few weeks to move out of our NJ home and find a new place to live. We had the added challenge of doing this while caring for our 22-month-old son, which limited our mobility. We found childcare for a full day in NJ and took the train down to Old Town to meet with a realtor and see some houses, but were very discouraged by the experience with the realtor and the rentals we saw. I was desperate. I searched an internet mom's group and read about Catherine Jouet. I felt instantly relieved when I spoke to her on the phone. She asked a lot of questions to get a sense of what we were looking for, and was genuinely positive about our prospects. She was direct and honest about what we could get for what we could spend. She had creative ideas for helping us find what we wanted, including some that would have deprived her of a realtor's fee. It was clear that she was more invested in creating a lasting and positive relationship with us than making a quick buck. In the end, she helped us find our dream townhouse, and walked us through every step of the process, including driving out of her way to bring us our keys. She goes the extra mile, and we will use her when the time comes to buy, and recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy in the area.
