ZillowVERIFIED Catherine went well above and beyond to help us both sell and buy homes. Her knowledge and professionalism are amazing in all aspects. She truly helped us to understand each step to make certain we understood everything from listing our home to closing on our new home. We would gladly recommend her for purchasing or selling or both

ZillowVERIFIED Catherine made the entire process easy. She was always available to discuss any concerns. Feedback provided gave me the confidence to pushback on the first offer and negotiate for a higher price. When an unknown issue was identified during the home inspection, she immediately connected me to multiple vendors. Catherine's continuous positive attitude, well-versed knowledge, and steady influence made the entire experience low stress. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and will call her the next time I am in the market for a new property.

ZillowVERIFIED A friend recommended Catherine and Mark and we are so glad she did! They were very knowledgeable about the market and guided us through the whole process. We got five offers on our house after the first weekend on the market and closed in 30 days! Overall a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark and Catherine have helped myself, several friends and relatives thru the years with the sale, purchase and refinance of homes. They are professional and very knowledgeable and pay attention to the details to get your home visible and sold and listen to what you want in trying to show you quality new home. I have recommended them and will continue to do so!

ZillowVERIFIED Catherine helped me find a great house in Buford, GA. I was from out-of-state and really had no idea about real estate in Georgia. We were driving on Spout Springs and Catherine saw a for sale sign. She turned into the property and called the listing agent immediately. We were able to see the house and I bought it right then and there. I had no problems. She has since helped me find people to do work for me at the house. All have proven to be honest and very good.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark and Catherine Borah are a most professional and easy-to-work with team! Each of them brings essential skills to the table and they work together seamlessly. They did their homework and showed us reasonable comps to support their valuation of our property. There was no pressure to list with them; they gave us time to listen to other agents, confident that we would choose them in the end. We are glad we did.Catherine did a SUPER job of photographing and presenting the property online via multiple media outlets. They coordinated well with buyers agents and solicited valuable feedback after all showings keeping us fully-informed along the way. When an offer came in (after just a couple of weeks on the market) Mark took the lead. He was calm and cool at all times and helped us deal with home inspection issues and buyer demands. He helped us negotiate a great deal that all parties were happy with.Cant say enough about these people. In just about a month our home was expertly marketed, sold, and the whole deal closed. Best real estate experience in my life!

ZillowVERIFIED Made attempts to view a property on 2 separate occasions. They didnt show up for the first one and were late for the second. We never had a chance to view the house and subsequently or was under contract before we could find another, more reliable, realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Mark and Catherine in the past which is why we choose to work with them again. Last time as a seller and this time as a buyer. Mark went above and beyond and his negotiating skills were exceptional. We are very pleased with another successful closing. We would highly recommend them for any future buying or selling real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark and Catherine are experts in the Real Estate field in Georgia. I have nothing but praise for their professional skills in listing my home for sale and/or rent as well as making the client feel welcome and confident in the rental process. I do not see any need to seek the help and service of another company in this market. Mark and Kat are attentive to detail and have great personalities and friendliness. Best I have found, hands down. I would recommend them too all of my family and friends who are in need of Realty Services.

ZillowVERIFIED We have had a wonderful experience with the Borahs. They have and continue to exceed our expectations. We really enjoy working with them and are so thankful we found them. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home, especially where short sales and foreclosures are concerned. We are in the process of purchasing a home and renting ours. They have been great in both respects.

ZillowVERIFIED We have had our home on the market for four years now. Current market conditions have made selling in this economy extremely difficult. Needless to say... We have tried our fair share of Realtors and Companies during this time. After trying all the big names, last fall we decided to give Georgia Realty Source a try. I only wish we would have found them sooner. We quickly learned of their drive and determination to help get us sold. Their honesty, listening, and thinking outside of the box have gone a long way. We have found with our experience with Mark and Catherine that they truly go above and beyond any other-something we truly appreciate. We will definitely stay with them until the end-SOLD and use them again in the future on the next one! We feel blessed to have gotten to know them and wish their business much success.

ZillowVERIFIED First off let me say as a first time homebuyer, I never expected to sell my home for anything less than what I paid. I was facing financial hardships and personal trials when I decided to sell my home in 2009. After several failed attempts to refinance my home alone, Catherine Borah a highly sought after realtor agreed to help me. Her compassion, expertise, and persistence prevailed; my home was sold in a short sale. I was saved from the devastating effects of a foreclosure. Instead of pushing me away when the bank rejected 3 contracts, Catherine fought for me. Catherine and her team stayed by my side, sold my home, and I was forgiven of all debt. Words cannot describe the joy I have for the awesome job well done. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend Georgia Realty Source to any one looking to buy, sell, or even rent a home.
