Both my buying circumstances and various markets changed a couple times after we started hunting, so it took the better part of a year. Cat was always good-humored -- she really enjoys her job! -- despite the hours mounting up. Also, no matter what your need -- landscapers, inspectors, contractors -- she knows someone she can recommend.The BR area market is different than many. If you are from out of town you want someone who knows it well. Cat's local knowledge and gut instincts probably saved me from a bad decision or two on places that looked attractive but had not-obvious issues (like the poultry farm 500 yards east...)Cat is a good one to have on your side.
