Cary has been responsive every single step of the way in our most recent home purchase. From the beginning of the process he was helpful in the pre approval process in helping find lenders that will work with our financial needs and ultimately working with finding homes based on what we were fiscally comfortable with. He was transparent with this and all of the steps in processes. When in search of our new home, Cary (and his team - Sarah) they really listened to what we wanted in our home and was able to find us showings that met our specific needs. It also showed their expertise of the Seattle area in general. We had specific needs that involve multi-family living and they were able to find options that still fell in a price that me and my wife were comfortable with. We also felt confident going to look at the houses because Sarah (a member of Carys team) was always transparent with us in what to consider if we moved forward with any place. She would tell us things that she liked about the property while also letting us know some concerns or wondering about houses; a true partnership in the home buying process. Their level of transparency gave us tremendous confidence with whatever house we decided to move forward with. When it came to the negotiations I believe this is where Carys true expertise shown through. Understanding the market and the process we were able to discuss with him a strategy that put us in the best position at the time of review.
