ZillowVERIFIED Cary was fantastic. She took care of literally everything. All I had to do was sign the appropriate documentation. She was incredibly responsive to my questions. In fact, she was proactive to the point that I had very few questions to ask. Her staging and photography were superb and displayed my property in its best light. The photos looked as though they were taken from Architectural Digest or some other high end real estate magazine. More importantly, she moved fast. From the time the property was empty (it was a rental) to the time that the pictures were ready was less than four days. Between phone calls, text messages, and the online portal she provided, I was able to see the entire process (which as a first time seller was a bit of an eye opener). I was never left wondering what was happening or where we were at in the process. When we did have to sign documents, she patiently explained all of the terms and what they meant in layman's terms. I am happy to give Cary my strongest recommendation. I'm already planning on using her services again.
