Everyone who ever lived in my house looked at the staging and photographs, and exclaimed "it never looked that good when I lived there!" A powerful online presence is crucial to getting noticed, and Carrie made my house stand out.Our house sold in 3 days, while another house just down the street, listed before ours, and was still on the market after ours was on contract.Of course, getting under contract is just the beginning. Since it had been decades since I last sold a house, I was out of my element, but Carrie and her team took care of me each step of the way, to a successful closing.On the flip side, the replacement property search was hard work. We had a very specific area we wanted to buy in, during a time when houses were receiving multiple offers the same day they were listed. Carrie reached out to her fellow real estate brokers and found us the perfect home that was about to hit the market. She managed to help us negotiate a deal with the sellers before they put it on the market, so we did not have to compete with other buyers. ZillowVERIFIED In the tightest part of a tight market, I had a pretty trying home buying experience, with many unaccepted offers, a contract that fell through, and then a roller-coaster ride through the process to closing on what is finally my home. Carrie was always patient, always available to answer questions, and often on top of issues before I even knew they existed. She had lots of suggestions to help get my offers more attention. As a first-time home buyer, even with all the bumps in the road (none of which were her fault!), the process seemed a lot easier and less scary than I expected it to be. I'd definitely be recommending Carrie to anyone about to enter the real estate market!
