Carrie is efficient, communicative, and 100% on top of all the myriad of things that go on in a home sale. It's readily apparent that she's done this before - over and over, and successfully. As remote sellers, we truly appreciated how she coordinated the home inspector, stagers, cleaners, title/escrow company, so we wouldn't have to. We never even had to follow up on anyone, as she'd already do this for us, and she'd always give us a heads up of what would happen next so we know what to expect. Most importantly, Carrie listens to our needs and is incredibly flexible to try to meet them -- we had to change our sale dates pretty late, and she set up everything to try to move the sale up for us. We also had last minute concerns regarding our car and landscaping, and she endeavored to find us solutions for these so that the home sale could go through without a hitch. Finally, she gave us constant updates and feedback while our home was on the market, so we never felt in the dark, even while being thousands of miles away. GoogleReview Carrie has worked with my daughter buying/selling several houses with great success, so she is who I went with when it was time to sell the house that had been in my family 30 years. She has years of experience and with one walk through she could tell me what I might want to improve on the house and what I could leave as is to get a good sale price. She has painters, stagers and others she networks with to get the whole job done. She either answered the phone or got back to me immediately every time I called and always kept me up to date on what was happening. My house had an above asking price offer the first day on the market and closed within 30 days. I couldn't ask for more than that!

GoogleReview Carrie was a referral from my brother-in-law who was his agent when he purchased his condo and first SFH. We were first introduced to Carrie when we saw a home and wanted to immediately put an offer in. Carrie jumped right in, explained the offer process with us thoroughly, and sent our first offer in. This was a crazy time in the market with offers going 20% above listing/all cash offers etc. Carrie walked us through the difficult learning curve of searching and purchasing a home. We had many questions and hesitations as we navigated the housing search. We also entered the housing market at a challenging time with its many changes and spent 3 years searching until we finally had our offer accepted! During our search, Carrie was responsive, professional, and communicative. We toured several homes with Carrie, and she was always flexible or prompt in sending another agent to help show the home. Carrie also always followed through on her word. It is very clear that she is hard-working and a go-getter. She is also extremely reliable - and this always gave us peace of mind. At times, we weren't the easiest clients - falling into probably all the pitfalls first time buyers do. However, Carrie listened to our concerns and also provided her own insights into the market. She struck a great balance between providing her expertise and honoring our decisions. Carrie accommodated many last minute changes on our offers or decisions on putting an offer on a home. We're happy the search is now over, and we can't thank Carrie enough for facilitating this process with us!
