I can't say enough good things about Carolyn. My husband and I met her at an open house. We showed up after the showing time-slot and saw her loading the "open house" signs in her car. We asked if she was the listing agent and if we were too late. She smiled, said "no problem at all," and showed us the home. She did not rush us and was friendly. It was clear that she had knowledge about the home, neighborhood, city, school district, etc.--all important factors when purchasing a home. We did not put an offer on that home but I did not forget her professionalism and told my husband that she had to be our agent in our search for our home.
