I absolutely love to travel - near and far. Spending time with family and friends over an incredible meal, home cooked our at a fabulous restaurant, fills my cup! I love the beach and a day on our gorgeous beaches is one of my favorites.

Finding ourselves with an empty nest, it was time to downsize. We had a great experience with Carolyn while purchasing our home, and turned to her again when it was time to sell. It was a challenging situation, in the midst of a rapidly changing market, and a lack of good local comps for our unique home. I wanted to take a few minutes to write a brief review about my recent experience with Carolyn Smith and the Coastal Estate Team at Compass. With Carolyns help, we just closed on our home purchase and she was there, tirelessly working for us every step of the way. From the very beginning, she was out searching to find us the home we were looking for, even though we had a rather rigid set of criteria to meet. She found us several options to look at and was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas and the neighborhoods we were considering, which helped immensely to narrow down our choices. In the end, she found the exact home that fit the bill for us! Once we decided, she was there every day, helping us with all the steps needed to make the purchase. She was brilliant with offering strategies and different ways to construct our offer and all subsequent negotiations. I just can not adequately express how incredibly useful all her help and advice were. Once we were rolling toward our closing, Carolyn, Jen and her entire team were there for us, answering questions, keeping us informed of next steps, etc. etc. I HIGHLY recommend Carolyn and her team, this was far and away the most detailed and comprehensive home buying experience we have ever had! 11 out of 10 stars!

Carolyn has been the best realtor we have ever had. She is so knowledgeable, is so good in seeing everything from your view. She never talked us into a house that she wasn't convinced that it would be a great fit. Carolyn has a great go getter attitude and never pushed us towards a transaction. She explained the procedures step by step after we decided for a home even after getting the offer. It was so easy to get a hold of her and she answered any questions and prepared us for what there is to come. Together with Jen, her assistant they make a reliable, personable and efficient team. Jen still keeps in touch to inform us about our next steps in finding utility companies and follows us every step of the way. We found Carolyn of Compass Realty through our friend as well as our daughter. She came highly recommended.
