ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn is an extremely dedicated person. Her response time is excellent, never failing to leave you hanging and wondering what is going on with the sale of your house. She is truly a pro and great negotiator. She is generous, thoughtful and honest, always attempting to fulfill your needs in closing a deal. There isn't anything negative I can say about her. I recommend her highly. For instance, we originally had our house listed with someone else and two deals fell through in six months. Then by word of mouth she was recommended and within one month our house was sold. She immediately was on top of it. Passed out flyers herself to neighborhood people. Exposure was immense and lots of activity. If you are looking for a top notch agent, then Carolyn is number one. Needless to say, I recommend her highly. She is also an awesome person!
