Managing my father's home sale from another state was incredibly difficult, with a tight deadline to list it during prime pool season. Carolyn was a lifesaver. She made herself immediately available for a walkthrough and then made more than a half-dozen additional trips to check on contractors, yard work, and the pool. Her communication was always quick and effective. She not only sold the home for more than we expected, but she also helped get it across the finish line when the family was hours away. I couldn't have done it without her. In a time with a lot of emotions and a demanding workload outside of this, we needed someone who owned everything with this and Carolyn understood the mission from the start and was precisely what we needed. Once the house was handed off, Carolyn was our in-state representation and absolutely took care of everything from that point forward. Happy we had her representing us.
