ZillowVERIFIEDCarolin is the best agent in all of Los Angeles to work with!! The Los Angeles market is hard and cold, and extremely competitive but Carolin brought her warmth, positivity, good vibes, relationship management skills, expertise and communication skills to work with me to find me my dream house. She was very proactive in communicating with the listing agent and negotiating better than the best for me. She went above and beyond for the seller to complete the repairs before we closed. She never used flattery with me, just honest opinions about the houses, neighborhoods, pros and cons and expenditure on repairs. She treated me like family and gave me honest guidance. She understands how buying a home is part of the American Dream, and works to make sure you have no regrets what so ever. Even after close and my moving in, she has remained in touch with me and guided me about utilties and many other things a home buyer should know. I recommend her especially to every first time home buyer because she will make your process feel like a dream! Carolin, I can't thank you enough for your hardwork in finding me my dream home and making it a reality!

ZillowVERIFIED In the past couple of brokers tried to sell my house fast at any cost so they could get their commission. Carolin is just the opposite and she took her time to walk us through the process to get the best and the safest deal not necessarily the highest and sometimes she called us late at night to keep us up to date of the progress and because of her savviness we got the best deal beyond our wildest imagination. Her knowledge of real estate market is unbelievable and I will highly recommend her to any potential sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolin is an awesome agent! She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and the area. She was very quick in getting useful information about any potential property I would want to consider. She was not pushy during the entire process but still very active in sending listings, contacting the seller's agent and coordinating viewings, etc. Her sweet and calm personality is very helpful as we all know house hunting is a stressful process! She always gave insightful advice and recommendation about for example the location and the condition of any potential property. My family and myself highly recommend Carolin for your next purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Carolin helped us purchase a Van Nuys townhome, our first home, in this wild west that is the LA real estate market. At each junction milestone in all our lives, be it positive or negative, we all only hope to be surrounded by the right people to either ease or make the experience. We are glad to say that she is one of those people. From the onset, Carolin was acute, dedicated, very communicative, eyes on the ball, feet on the ground, a complete professional. We worked with her for almost 2 months going through several offers until we landed our third and best one. And on the day she handed us the keys, we were surprised to recount that the two months that went by felt like nothing, because she became an honorary part of our little family. When little issues that had the potential to become big issues rose up during negotiations and escrow, she proved to be a great champion and didn't let any detail go the wayside or concede anything that would be beneficial to us. Through the long shopping and escrow processes, Carolin walked us through every step, every document and was careful to explain each in ways we could understand as this was all new. She answered a mountain of questions and addressed every concern in a timely manner, communicating through frequent phone calls, texts and emails. She went above and beyond, providing us well-used contacts with mortgage providers, contractors, inspectors e.t.c that ensured that long after our professional transaction was done, our home would be well taken care of. And that is just her professionalism. She is also a maverick of a human being; warm, caring, respectful, great charm, better soul. You will find no one better to work with than she and we are forever grateful we got the chance to.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Carolin initially based on positive reviews and word of mouth, and couldnt have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than wed imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Carolin gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. She helped our family buy our first condo and for that we are so thankful! I wouldnt hesitate to work with Carolin again or give her anything but the highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with Carolin, both as our buyer's agent for a house in Studio City, and then as a seller's agent for our house in Burbank. As our buyer's agent, she was always very accessible, willing to meet whenever we needed her, and strongly pushed our case to the seller - ensuring we got the best deal possible and were never taken advantage of. As our seller's agent, she did a great job promoting the property and pushing buyers to increase their bids - while at the same time listening and being amenable to our suggestions. Buying and selling houses are such huge transactions that you really want someone who will really fight for you, and Carolin isn't afraid to be that person. You will feel much more comfortable with her on your side. We would not hesitate to recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment, my husband and I met Carolin she was our guardian realtor angel. My husband and I were a young couple that had absolutely no experience in the home buying process. We were browsing Zillow one Saturday morning and we called Markarian Realty, Vic the owner suggested that we come down later that afternoon. Once we arrived, Vic had us sign a good faith contract that stated we would establish a buyer-realtor relationship. Shortly, thereafter, Carolin walked in and was immediately welcoming and wanted to understand our needs. During the meeting, Vic showed us a presentation that explained how Markarian Realty was different from other real-estate companies. I knew right away that we were in the best of hands, which is a relief because buying a home is a life-changing experience. I heard stories about how people got variables rates and lost their homes, it was all very daunting. Carolin helped us to get pre-qualified, not an easy task considering my husband is a self-employed 1099 and my credit was in the low 600s. Throughout this process, Carolin was only a phone call away to answer minute questions. She also helped us to understand unfamiliar terms like "community property" on our loan documents. Fast forward a couple of weeks later and we were finally in escrow with a beautiful home. Then life happened. Within a three-week period I lost my job, I had a miscarriage, and my beautiful home fell out of escrow. I believed there was no way we could qualify for a home; I scrambled to find a job. Thankfully we were able to restructure the loan solely under my husband's name. Carolin was a friend, a parent, a teacher, and a financial advisor. I could not thank her enough for her encouragement through those trying times. She encouraged us to keep looking and reminded us of the investment we were embarking upon. We were ready to put in our third bid. Carolin is tough, like mafia tough, she gave our seller 48-hours to respond to our bid. This strategy was absolutely critical for the current competitive landscape. Had Carolin not been so knowledgeable and experienced we would not have gotten our Sunland-Tujunga home. We will be forever grateful for her.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolin Haib was very professional, supportive and she answered all my questions. As a first timer, I had a lot, but she was very patient and responsive in a very timely manner. Had it not been for her, I would not be a home owner. Carolin got results that my previous realtor couldn't. She wasn't pushy and wasn't out just to make a sale. She really listened to me and took me to see several properties until I found the right one for me. Thanks to her negotiating skills, she was able to get the place for 30,000 less than asking price. I was just amazed at the results. What a difference it makes working with someone so knowledgeable and experienced in their field. Now thanks to Carolin, I am finally a home owner.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Carolin when we started searching for agents in Glendale/Burbank Area. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. she was patient as we searched quite a few homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers . In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Carolin was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal.
